In this workshop, participants will gain a greater understanding of burnout, compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma, and secondary trauma and its impact in our daily lives. Participants will explore the benefits of self-care practices and learn strategies to effectively incorporate it into daily routines. Participants will learn how to go beyond 'survival mode' and thrive through the exploration of non-traditional forms of self-care such as collective care activities, gratitude practices, and happiness advantage strategies.
